This product replaced a prescription product I used to get from my pharmacy. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and need the folic acid for my emotional well being. It’s less expensive than my pharmacy and so far has lived up to my expectations.
It took about two weeks to kick in. One day I noticed I could remember phone numbers, addresses and more. Some people call it brain food because is based on natural substances in your brain if your brain has plenty of it, this medication won’t work.
My doc at Mayo recommended this for me when common prescription drugs had nasty side effects. It is worth knowing about since it is a supplement.
